What is a Life Coach?

Life Coaches are similar to counselors in that a coach helps individuals and couples navigate difficult or painful life choices or circumstances. A Coach will help you move forward in grace and truth to help you find hope, healing and practical steps to navigate life. Everyone at some point needs a little help. A Life Coach is a great way to invest in yourself.
